PERSONALITY !

ALOOF! Cosmin's an oddball through and through. Though his alliance holds entirely to his own people, no one can honestly say they're his "friend". Not many, if any, know exactly what's going on inside that head of his, considering the boy is so keen on switching his moods without a second thought. That isn't to say he's happy one moment and throwing a tantrum the next, but rather his actions seem to contradict his mood. He can be effectively cruel with a grin, while on other occasions can be humble in almost a begrudging way. It's difficult to gage exactly what he's feeling at most times.
MANIPULATIVE! Cosmin enjoys festivities, dancing, singing, anything that involves parties. He loves being the center of attention, though knows when to allow others the lime light. Some say he's something of a "Puppeteer", watching things from the sidelines and manipulating people. This isn't to say he's mean-spirited of course, though he is quite skilled at getting others to do what he wants. Still, he knows exactly when to step back and let things unfold, and indeed, he finds watching drama in place of guiding it satisfying in its own way.
LOYAL! The gypsy doesn't associate himself as a villain nor hero; his loyalty lies with his people. It doesn't matter to him what he has to do to ensure their safety, as nothing in the world is so important to him as the wellbeing of the Romanies. As selfless as he appears to the public eye, Cosmin's more than willing to take the heat, so to speak, in place of his family. More than once he's been arrested for theft and a variety of other petty crimes, much to the chagrin of his people, to preserve their freedom. The boy finds great pride in being punished in place of his loved ones, and won't hesitate to do it again. Ultimately, blind loyalty is his downfall.

HISTORY !

Cosmin's life is a shaded one. From a very young age, he was deemed an "outcast", begging for food on the streets. His mother and father, like him, were gypsies from Romania, though he was raised in France from age 10 and up.

As a child, his parents, closer to the age of young grandparents, grew quite sick. Though his father is still alive, Ecaterina passed away when Cosmin was but seven years-old. The boy was cared for by the other gypsies present since his birth, however, he never really became all that close to anyone.

He soon learned to care for himself, fending off anyone that wished to harm him or his people. Naturally, this took quite awhile, and there were many situations where the boy took an awful beating for his bravery, though with time his body became accustomed to pain, and learned to fight back.

Throughout his adolescence, the boy was always someone akin to a "loner", though he was always well-liked. He didn't have any friends, but so many longed to get closer. Cosmin was (and is) a fickle child however, and shunned many attempts made to befriend him. The friendliest he was prone to getting was mercilessly toying with people. It wasn't uncommon for him to tease and mock others either, and because of this he was deemed quite mischievous.

His considerably large family and himself moved from place to place, migrating from where they were shunned and settling where they were welcomed. The boy himself has learned several languages in his travels, consisting of Romanian, French, Spanish, and Italian, the first two being the most dominant. As is expected, they dwelled within America for a short time, soon after leaving because of the strict child endangerment laws in place, as their lifestyle was certainly lacking in the eyes of the law.

For the moment, Cosmin and his people are settled in Fantasia, finding the large and historical city a prime location for easy money. Their parked caravans and horses can be found in the Lounsberry District, appropriately near theaters and places of deep culture.
