Hot Tempered. After getting in trouble for his rash anger and thinking back in high school, he was sent to anger management course. He doesn't get as angry as often but when he does you better duck for cover. He tends to throw things in his anger, often in a blind rage. That's why he doesn't often come down to the construction site as much as he used to.
Insecure. After several failed dates, he was convinced no one could love him. His temper didn't help much either. He regularly goes to vist a therapist, it started with his anger management course and he never really stopped. Seeing her at least once a month. He secretly wishes one day he'll find someone to love and will love him in return.
Selfish. He had his company handed to him by his father and led a rich life. So he feels he's entitlted to his company but he did go to school and get a degree in business to properly run the company. He hasn't befriended his workers, and instead treats them like servants. He owns a mansion in town and usually keeps to himself when he's now having dates over or throwing parties.

Alex Rupert Graham was born to his parents Vincent Graham and Valanice Graham on July 24 1991. He used to hang out with the wrong crowds, and partied a lot. His bad temper usually got him into trouble. After taking some anger management courses and court mandated therapy sessions he began to calm down a little. His parents died a couple years ago, and he still continued going to therapy to help him with the loss.
His mother planted a garden and he used to tend it with her. Even though she’s gone he still takes care of it. His father tried to get him to jobs but they never lasted long. Alex dated several girls in high school and college, but things always ended badly. He would blame the girls although secretly blaming himself for his failed dates. He hates reading. He prefers watching television or hanging out with his friends.
After his parents death, he was old enough to look after himself. He was left his parents companies. His father had construction business while his mother had a chain of boutique stores in town. He let the managers run them and focused on the construction company.
However business was not his major and he made some bad decisions. So the managers and workers threatened to quit after awhile. So he let the managers run the company like his mother’s boutique but he had veto power in both companies if he didn’t like their new ideas, or products. He treats them as his servants or staff in both places. No one looks forward to his arrival and are grateful to see him leave.
He owns several classic cars a few that belonged to his parents. He only hangs out with the high class shunning others unless he’s interested in dating them. His track record with women isn’t always perfect but he still keeps trying. And he won’t stop until he finds the perfect girl. One who can make him not feel so lonely anymore.

Alexander stormed into his home. His workers had gone on strike and he'd been forced to agree to their demands. He couldn't afford to go behind in construction on the latest project. But he'd be keeping an eye on them. No one made a fool of Alexander Rupert Graham and got away with it. He picked up his phone and made a call to an old friend of his.
"I want you to take a job at my construction company. Find out any dirt I can use against my workers. I will not be the laughing stock of my workers." said Alexander.
"Don't worry. They won't get away with this." said a voice on the enter end.
Alexander hung up with a smug smirk on his face. Soon he would have his workers back under his control again.
