friends that are going to have her back, not make fun of her, that
she can party with & trust! They have to be able to put up with her
attitude and jokes, and know that she's rarely ever serious about
anything out in public.

Kiana: Best Friend, Confidant. Jessie is protective of her, she watches
her back.

Jesse doesn't really have any enemies, but there are people that
don't like her - or bully her because of her love of yodeling and horse
back riding. I can imagine someone making fun of her accent or the
way she dresses. If you have a character that is up for that - bring it
on. Jesse doesn't like a ton of drama - but she's not going to let any-
one bring her down. She is a fighter.

Jesse is a virgin and has never had a real boyfriend. She doesn't
understand the concept of a real relationship and have never been
around anyone who cared enough to show her how it's done. If you
think that you have a guy who's up for the challenge, we could see
how things go. She's a very distrustful person.

City - she's a singer/entertainer, so you can expect to see her around.

get mad when she's not as nice as she seems. She can be bitter some
times and doesn't like new people.

i definitely saw something between these two...you mentioned that she was a bit bitter towards new people in her life, and i think elias might just be annoying enough to make a plot out of this haha. i could see her meeting him and getting annoyed, but he'd just keep being persistent and they would just generally be adorable and cute in an angry sort of way. eli really can't stand to see people angry or sad, so if she had had a bad day or something, he's be the one to cheer her up c: he'd sort of..bring out her good side after bringing out the bad? haha and sorry for th elazy post~
